Usain Bolt to retire after World Championships in 2017

ussain-boltJamaican sprinter Usain Bolt will be running his last race at June’s Racers Grand Prix before taking retirement from competition two months later. The 30-year-old sprinter has already asserted that he plans to retire from the sport after the 2017 World Championships scheduled to take place between August5-13 in London. He is expected to feature in both the 100m and 200m events at the 2017 World Championships.

He is widely considered as the greatest sprinter of all-time and is the first man to hold both the 100m and 200m records as well as the record being a part of the 4X100m relay. The Jamaican is also the reigning world and Olympic champion.
